Aluminum Extrusion Cutting
Shun Teh designs and manufactures its own precision sawing machines, integrated with a high-accuracy servo feeding system to ensure consistent and reliable cutting performance.

Deburring
After cutting, all aluminum extrusions undergo a deburring process to remove sharp edges and burrs. This improves product safety, facilitates downstream assembly, and enhances overall part quality.
Brushing
Our brushing process utilizes abrasive belt finishing to create a variety of surface textures according to customer requirements. It is also used to restore or refine surface appearance by removing minor imperfections and handling marks.
CNC Machining
Shun Teh operates 13 CNC machining centers, including machines equipped with 4th-axis capabilities for complex machining requirements.
Using SolidWorks for product design and SolidCAM for CAM programming, we develop optimized machining programs and dedicated production fixtures to ensure efficiency and precision.

NC Machining

CNC Secondary Processing
Shun Teh is equipped with more than 30 single-axis and multi-axis secondary machining machines for efficient post-processing operations.

Stamping

We also provide in-house tooling design, development, and mold manufacturing, enabling flexible production, shorter lead times, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
Cleaning
Finished components are cleaned using an ultrasonic washing system to remove machining oils and cutting fluids. Parts are then dried with compressed air and oven baked to ensure they are clean and ready for assembly, surface treatment, or shipment.
